Refund policy

We aim to make your shopping experience with ALPHA HERBALS as smooth as possible.
ALPHA HERBALS  provide 30 days return policy. If you have a valid issue with an item from company’s end and are not satisfied, we can replace the product for you with zero shipping costs. In such a case, you need to inform us about the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing our Customer Representative Officer at – support@alphaherbals.shop

If your reason for the return is valid, you will be sent the replacement items within 3-5 days.

If you have a valid issue with an item from your end and want to return or replace the product , we can replace it for you with additional shipping cost. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Customer needs to return the package via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
